Getting help faster

Something not working? Say which browser and operating system you use, whether your library is on an external drive, and what you clicked just before. A screenshot helps. Never send your music files.
Licence or refund? Write from the address you bought with, or include it. If Setboard doesn't work for your library, ask within 14 days of buying and you'll be refunded in full.
Common problems such as Chrome refusing a folder, a crate not showing in Serato, or silent playback are answered in the guide's troubleshooting section.
